Wallum Cottages

Your Home

Five hours drive north of Sydney along on the mid north coast of NSW, lies sleepy Crescent Head. Famous for surfing, empty beaches, national parks and unrivalled coastal scenery.

Just out of town in the National Park is Wallum Cottages, our home for the training.

A family run venue set on 70 acres of native bushland just a short stroll from the ocean, this coastal oasis provides the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility to a number of unspoilt empty beaches.

During the training we'll enjoy use of the self-contained cabins spread throughout the property. Creating a sense of privacy, but also community, in a tranquil and nourishing atmosphere to facilitate the journey. With limited capacity and small group sizes, there will be plenty of space to absorb and reflect.

We'll be transforming the venue into our own private yoga centre, enjoying shared meals in the cosy cabins and nights out by the fire under the stars.

The area is ours to explore during free time, a visit to town, a bush walk, surf or swim at the beach just a moment away.

Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and be woken by the kookaburras, enjoy a complete back to nature experience.

Included in the course cost is three healthy vegetarian meals per day. These will be catered by our in house chef.

Meals are balanced, fresh and wholesome incorporating local and organic produce.

Please enquire regarding dietary requirements.

Seva project:

Seva means selfless service. Seva is a very important part of a yogic practice, this is why we have set up the “Help a Fellow Student Fund."

We take $100 from every students course cost and put it aside to be shared to a new student that may not have the means but has the dream of joining a teacher training to benefit their community.
