Cancellation Policy

The client is to provide an appropriate space for the class to be held in. Classes cannot occur in public places. Cancellation Policy: 50% of payment is refundable if notice of cancellation is given up to 48 hours prior to booking. If the client wishes to cancel they forfeit the time slot and 50% of the payment. If due to unforeseen circumstances Wild Self Yoga needs to cancel the class and no alternative time can be arranged, the full amount will be refunded. Travel costs: If the location is 20 mins or more driving from Byron Bay, the class will be subject to an additional travel fee. Wild Self Yoga reserves the right to cancel a class at any time. Arrangements for alternative times or refunds will be made accordingly.
