Meet the Team

Rachel Zinman

Rachel Zinman is a passionate yoga teacher and mentor with over 35 years of experience in teaching and practicing yoga. She is also a writer, dancer,  award wining singer/songwriter, and author of the best-selling book "Yoga for Diabetes, How to Manage your Health with Yoga and Ayurveda." Rachel's mission is to make yoga accessible, safe, and healing for everyone, with the motto "everybody can do yoga because everybody is the yoga itself."

Rachel's work is joyful, soulful, compassionate, and meets you right wherever you are!

Bridget Colussa

Bridget believes in the healing and transformative power of yoga and meditation. Her classes are inclusive and creatively sequenced, with the aim to create more freedom in the body and inspire a deeper connection to self. She teaches across the Northern Rivers studios sharing Vinyasa, Hatha, Kriya Yoga, Free Movement, Yin/Restorative Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation. She is a 500hr E-RYT. You can expect to leave her classes with a joyful and expanded heart.

Anna Bligh

Anna has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. She has completed a 16-month full-time yoga study course and Teaching Training qualifications. Anna has travelled extensively in India including periods of study in Rishikesh, Pune, Dharamsala and Kerala (Mata Amritananda, Amritapuri Ashram). She has also completed her qualifications in Restorative Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga along with Yoga As Therapy Advanced Training. Anna is delighted to introduce the path of yoga to anyone interested. No matter someone’s reason to try the practice, she knows that yoga will have something to offer.

Rose Hill

With over 17 years of teaching experience, she is an E-RYT 500 and lead trainer on Wild Self Yoga’s teacher training programs.

She has gone on to continue training throughout India and abroad, across a wide range of subjects including Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Yoga Anatomy and most recently Mental Health Aware Yoga.

 

Rose has travelled and taught all over the world, running retreats and teacher trainings in Portugal, Sri lanka, Thailand and Australia.
